Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi

Bu sözleşme, donedynamics.com sitesini ve Done Benchmarks yayınlarını kullanımınızın koşullarını belirler. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Taraflar ve kapsam
Site Done Dynamics tarafından işletilir. "Siz" bu siteyi ziyaret eden gerçek veya tüzel kişiyi ifade eder.
Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız siteyi kullanmayınız.
2. Hizmetin tanımı
Done Benchmarks, büyük dil modellerine ilişkin bağımsız ölçüm sonuçlarını yayımlar. İçerik bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.
Hizmet hâlihazırda hazırlık aşamasındadır; içerik, kapsam ve yayın takvimi önceden haber verilmeksizin değişebilir.
3. Kullanım kuralları
Siteyi yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı biçimde kullanamazsınız.
Siteye otomatik araçlarla aşırı yük bindirmek, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak, hizmeti kesintiye uğratmak yasaktır.
İçeriği, kaynak göstermek ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmak kaydıyla alıntılayabilirsiniz.
4. Fikri mülkiyet
Sitedeki metin, tasarım, logo ve düzenlemelere ilişkin haklar Done Dynamics’e aittir.
Yayımlanan ölçüm verileri, kaynağı ve yayın tarihi belirtilerek paylaşılabilir. Aksi belirtilmedikçe içeriğin bütününü çoğaltmak veya ticari olarak kullanmak yazılı izne tabidir.
5. Geri bildirim
Bize ilettiğiniz öneri, hata bildirimi ve yorumları, size karşı bir yükümlülük doğmaksızın kullanabiliriz.
6. Sorumluluk reddi
Ölçüm sonuçları belirli bir tarihte, belirli bir yöntemle elde edilmiştir ve her kullanım senaryosunu temsil etmeyebilir.
Yayımlanan hiçbir içerik yatırım, hukuki veya teknik danışmanlık tavsiyesi değildir. Alacağınız kararların sorumluluğu size aittir.
İçerik "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisizlik veya hatasızlık garantisi verilmez.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, sitenin kullanımından doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan Done Dynamics sorumlu tutulamaz.
8. Üçüncü taraf bağlantıları
Site harici bağlantılar içerebilir. Bağlantı verilen sitelerin içeriğinden ve gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
9. Değişiklik ve sona erdirme
Bu sözleşmeyi tek taraflı olarak güncelleyebilir, hizmeti kısmen veya tamamen durdurabiliriz. Güncel metin bu sayfada yayımlanır.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu sözleşmeye Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

These terms govern your use of donedynamics.com and the Done Benchmarks publications. By using the site you accept them.
1. Parties and scope
The site is operated by Done Dynamics. "You" means any person or entity visiting it.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the site.
2. The service
Done Benchmarks publishes independent measurements of large language models. The content is informational.
The service is currently in preparation; content, scope and publication schedule may change without notice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the site in breach of applicable law.
Overloading the site with automated tools, attempting to bypass security measures, or disrupting the service is prohibited.
You may quote the content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
4. Intellectual property
Rights in the text, design, logo and arrangement of the site belong to Done Dynamics.
Published measurement data may be shared with attribution and publication date. Unless stated otherwise, reproducing the content in full or using it commercially requires written permission.
5. Feedback
We may use suggestions, bug reports and comments you send us without incurring any obligation to you.
6. Disclaimer
Results are obtained on a given date with a given method and may not represent every use case.
Nothing published here is investment, legal or technical advice. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Done Dynamics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms unilaterally and may suspend the service in whole or in part. The current text is published on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
